Mine shaker during use of the five techniques and seven maintenance rules

4 , feeder
A, tighten the coal crusher machine gate .
B, check the inlet and outlet hose connections are sealed , but not too tight , otherwise it will twist in the sieve body movement break .
5 , no-load test
A, test , the sieve with the rack may not have collision or other unusual sounds.
B, check the amplitude sieve for reciprocating linear motion may not have distorted and other irregularities .
C, 10-15 minutes after the operation , using the wrench to tighten the bolt by a drive mechanism .
Second, vibrating screen repair and maintenance
1 , shaker though without lubricants, still need to overhaul once a year , replace the liner, on two screen surface to be trimmed so on. To remove the check vibration motor and to the motor bearing oil , if the bearing is damaged , replace .
2 , screen grid should always removed periodically check the screen surface is broken or uneven , the sieve is blocked and so on.
3, the proposal to create a bracket to hang hanging standby screen surface .
4 , always check the seal, found worn or defective should be replaced.
5 , check the screen grid clamping device class , if loose should be pressed .
6 , the class checks the feed tank connection is loose, if the gap is larger , causing the collision , cause the device to rupture.
7 , the class checks sieve supporting device , observe the hollow rubber mats without significant deformation or degumming , when the rubber pad is damaged or crushed when the transition should also replace the two hollow rubber mat.
