Sieve shaker cleaning tips

1 , before the start of the security check has removed plywood .
2, check all parts are securely locked :
A, check the screen grid on the screen surface is pressed .
B, check the rubber pad with sieve and coal crushing plant rack connections .
C, check the vibrating motor with sieve connections.
3, check the vibrating motor:
A, check the power supply voltage
B, check the vibrating motor coal screening machine interlock control devices.
C, remove the motor cover and check the relative phase angle of the segments are aligned , tighten the fastening screws the segments .
D, two motor mounting angle should be consistent.
4 , feeder
A, tighten the gate .
B, check the inlet and outlet hose connections are sealed , but not too tight , otherwise it will twist in the sieve body movement break .
5 , no-load test
A, test , the sieve with the rack may not have collision or other unusual sounds.
B, check the amplitude sieve for reciprocating linear motion may not have distorted and other irregularities .
C, 10-15 minutes after the operation , using the wrench to tighten the bolt by a drive mechanism .
