Jaw Crusher Symptom

Jaw Crusher hosts a sudden stop
Possible causes:

1) jaw coal crushing plant discharge opening clogged, causing wholehearted blocking material;

2) Drive V-belt sheave rotates too loose, causing the belt to slip;

3) Eccentric shaft adapter sleeve loose, causing the bearing housing on both sides of the rack without gaps, the eccentric shaft stuck, unable to rotate;

4) workplace voltage is too low, the host after experiencing aniseed, weakness broken;

5) bearing damage.


Remedy:

1) Clear the blockage discharge opening mining screen to ensure smooth flow of the material;

2) tighten or replace the V-belt;

3) Reinstall or replace the adapter bushing;

4) alignment workplace voltage, to conform to the requirements of the host operating voltage;

5) Replace the bearing.
