Why poor quality circular vibrating sieve

 
Caused by poor quality circular vibrating sieve reasons may be:

1 sieve clogging

(2) into the sieve material moisture increase

3 Screen Machine uneven feed

4 screen surface material layer is too thick  coal screening machine

5 Pull the screen is not tight, too loose drive belt



Workaround:

1 Light Screen Machine loading and cleaning the screen surface

(2) changing the angle of the screen box

3 adjustable screening machine feed
  Linear vibrating screen
4. Reduce screening machine feed

5. Tensioning screen, belt tensioner
